ขอถามตรีโกณมิติ

กำหนด ให้ x อยู่ในจตุภาคที่ 1 จงหาค่าต่ำสุดของ $2tan^2 x$ + $16cot^2 x$

$2\tan^2x+16\cot^2x=(\sqrt{2}\tan x-4\cot x)^2+8\sqrt{2}$
