ผมเขียนพิสูจน์ยังไม่ค่อยคล่องอ่ะนะครับ กำลังหัด อิอิ ผิดถูกยังไงก็จะมาแก้ให้ครับ

Let $A\subset B \subset \mathbb{R}$

We can see that $\sup B$ is an upper bounded of set A; therefore, $\sup A \leq \sup B.$

Clearly $\inf A \leq \sup A$. Since $\inf B $ is a lower bounded of set A, then $\inf B \leq \inf A$
