hey I've got another way to do the first one -
1 2 4 4 7 8 10 16 a b
1+2 , 4+4 ,7+8 ,10+16 ,a+b
3, 8, 15, 26, a+b
look 8 can be from (3x2)+2 , 15= (8x2)-1 , 26=(15x2)-4
---> +2 -1 -4 --> 2-3=-1 , -1-3=4
so a+b should be (26x2)-4-3 = 52-7 = 45
It's the first way that I think and we've got the same answer right?
