Hypergraphs can be viewed as incidence structures.
In particular, there is a bipartite "incidence graph" or "Levi graph"
corresponding to every hypergraph, and conversely,
most, but not all, bipartite graphs can be regarded as
incidence graphs of hypergraphs.
