Let $H$ and $K$ be Sylow p-subgroup and Sylow q-subgroup respectively. By Sylow's Theorem, $H$ and $K$ are the only one Sylow $p$ and $q$ subgroups of $G$. Thus $H$ and $K$ are normal subgroups of $G$. Note that $H$ and $K$ are cyclic groups and $H\cap K = \{e\}$. Let $a,b$ be generators of $H$ and $K$ respectively. Then $aba^{-1}b^{-1}\in H\cap K =\{e\}$. Thus $ab=ba$. This implies $(ab)^n=a^nb^n$ and hence $(ab)^n=e\Leftrightarrow pq\mid n$. Therefore, $ab$ has order $pq$ and hence $G$ is cyclic.
